Crowborough Beacon

GOLF CLUB

A Warm Welcome to All Groups and Societies

The atmosphere within Crowborough Beacon's well-appointed clubhouse is both welcoming and friendly, while the terrace outside features panoramic views over the course, across the Sussex Weald and on to the South Downs in the distance.

Over the past 100 years the course has been developed by some of the top golf architects, including Augusta's Dr Alistair MacKenzie. It has become one of the South's best heathland courses - a position endorsed by Golf World and Golf Monthly.

As the golf writer, Bernard Darwin, said: "The first thing that will strike the golfer who comes fresh to Crowborough is the wonderful view. I do not suppose there is a wider or more beautiful one in all England. The holes are extraordinarily characteristic and easy to remember, all of them possess some dramatic and memorable feature."

We are conveniently located six miles south of Tunbridge Wells making accessibility to the course easy, wherever your society members may be travelling from.

Our great value society packages combine a good test of golf for all standards with excellent catering facilities, to which many past societies have attested to; click here to visit our testimonials page.
