Golfer & Non Golfer Rules
Format Overview
Teams consist of
one golfer and one non-golfer
.
The
golfer plays the hole from the tee through to the green
.
Once the ball reaches the green, the
non-golfer takes over and putts out
until the ball is holed.
How a Hole Is Played
The
golfer tees off
and plays the hole normally.
The golfer continues hitting shots (tee shot, fairway shot, chip, etc.)
until the ball reaches the putting green
.
Once the ball is
on the green
, the
non-golfer takes the putter
.
The non-golfer then
putts until the ball is holed
.
The
total strokes taken by both players
count as the team’s score for the hole.
Scoring
The team records the
combined number of strokes
taken to complete the hole.
Example:
Golfer: 4 shots to reach the green
Non-golfer: 2 putts
Total score = 6
