Ladies Love Golf Academy

We are delighted to introduce the return of our popular Ladies Love Golf Academy at Crowborough Beacon Golf Club – specially designed for women who are new to golf or returning to the game. This welcoming programme provides a clear, supportive pathway into golf, covering every aspect of the game from your very first swing through to confident course play and beyond.

We begin with two FREE Ladies Love Golf Open Days

17th & 18th April 2026

Year 1 - following the taster sessions are six weeks of group coaching and the opportunity to progress into a 4-month Academy Membership (July–October) with lessons, course access and social play.

Year 2 - enjoy a 12-month membership packed with coaching, on-course sessions and exclusive playing benefits – the perfect journey towards full membership.

Men's

With over 700 members we have a very active men's section. Our golfing calendar provides an opportunity for both new and existing members to fully participate in weekend competitions, the various weekday roll ups and also competitive and friendly matches against neighbouring golf clubs. Teams are entered for the longstanding Sussex inter club cups providing opportunity for all abilities and ages. Social events are open to all members and include quiz nights, wine tasting, pie and pint, as well as annual events such as the captain's day

Ladies

Crowborough ladies have a been growing in numbers and annually enter teams for all county division matches as well as the Sussex winter league. Ladies' day is held every Thursday and an ever-growing group of ladies also play at the weekend in alternative cup competitions. Competitive golf is encouraged and accommodates players of all abilities, with a shorter course available from the blue tees. The ladies' section is one of the most welcoming in the county.

Juniors

Our Beacon Trailblazers Junior Golf Academy is the perfect place for young golfers aged 6–16 to learn, improve and have fun. Held every Saturday from 2:45–3:45pm, sessions are designed for all abilities and delivered in a friendly, supportive environment by our Club Professional. For just £10 per session, juniors can develop their skills, build confidence and make new friends — and no clubs are needed, we’ve got everything covered!
