More than 28 days before the date of play: Full payment will be refunded.

Less than 28 days before the date of play: Deposit will be retained by the club.

Less than 7 days before the date of play: 50% of the full payment will be retained by the club.

Less than 48 hours before the event: Full payment will be retained by the club.
Alternative Arrangements:
If an alternative date can be agreed, payments already made will be transferred to the new date.
Alternatively, a voucher may be issued for a revised date within one year of the original booking.
Course Conditions:
Please note that buggies may not be permitted on some days depending on course conditions.
Competitions or Matches with a Meal

If a player does not wish to attend the post-match or post-competition meal, they must inform the Functions Office more than 48 hours prior to the event.

Any cancellation within 48 hours will be liable for full payment.
If Golf is Cancelled:

The decision on whether catering will continue will be made jointly by the Competition Organiser and the Office.

If the meal goes ahead, players are expected to attend unless the Office has been notified more than 48 hours in advance. Otherwise, full payment will be required.
Exceptional Circumstances:
These may be considered, with decisions made at the discretion of the Office Team.
Club Events

Payment will be processed a minimum of 1 week prior to the event.

Any cancellation after payment has been processed must go through the Office.

Any cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the event will be liable for full payment.
